Family Support Services

Separation and divorce can be challenging enough without constant conflict over parenting decisions. Co-parenting mediation provides a neutral, supportive space to work through disagreements, improve communication, and create practical solutions that prioritize your children’s well-being.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and former Child Custody Recommending Counselor and court mediator, our founder spent three years helping families navigate some of their most difficult parenting disputes. Her approach is collaborative, child-centered, and focused on helping parents move beyond conflict toward workable agreements that support the entire family.

Mediation may be helpful for:

  • Creating or modifying parenting schedules

  • Holiday and vacation planning

  • Communication and co-parenting expectations

  • Decision-making regarding education, healthcare, and extracurricular activities

  • Resolving ongoing parenting conflicts outside of court

Our goal is not to determine who’s “right,” but to facilitate productive conversations, reduce conflict, and help parents develop sustainable agreements that allow children to thrive.

Please note that mediation is a neutral service and is different from therapy. When serving as a mediator, we do not provide therapy or advocate for either parent.
